You'll be able to fully exercise your First Amendment rights at polling places in Minnesota now that the U.S. Supreme Court has struck down a law that prohibited political apparel.

By a 7 to 2 vote, the justices overturned a lower court ruling that said the ban supported the state's interest in peace, order, and decorum at polling places.

Legal experts say the ruling sends a message that states cannot overstep their bounds when it comes to impeding free speech at the polling place.

How do you feel about this ruling?  Did this Minnesota law clearly violate the First Amendment?  Do you have a problem with people wearing political apparel at polling places?
