Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says U.S. taxpayer dollars should not be used to support abortion services around the world. At the State Department today, Pompeo said the U.S. will seek to withhold contributions to any organization that actively promotes abortion as a "method of family planning." Pompeo condemned what he called the "global abortion industry." He said the Trump administration is committed to protecting and defending the "sanctity of life."
